The killer is the boss, it is because he is the only one who could go alone to the company after being at the restaurant change the mirrors angle and drain the brake fluid, while the victim/culprit? Was inside unsuspecting anything, the boss wanted to kill him before he got killed. Why would he have two cigar cases and have the more valuable one in the car were it can be stolen. His fingerprints should be on the mirror.
